Mallory Squires
Legal Assistant
Mallory joined the firm in 2019 and mainly assisted the lawyers with criminal law by preparing and filing pleadings with the Court, executing various letters, scheduling hearings and depositions. Over the years, she has moved more toward the civil side of the law and is now assisting the lawyers with estate planning where she meets with the clients, oversees the preparation of the estate planning documents and executes the same. She assists the lawyers in the preparation of pleadings and files most of those pleadings with the Court. Other areas of the law Mallory assists the lawyers in are civil litigation, real estate, adoptions, guardianships, small claims, estate and trust litigation, and appellate practice.

Carol Arnold
Legal Assistant
Carol graduated Red Hill High School in 1976. Upon graduation, Carol worked for two separate law firms in Lawrenceville and Vincennes from 1976 through 1995. In 1995, Carole began her career as a Court Reporter in Knox County Superior Courts 1 and 2 until the time of her retirement in October of 2022.
Carol came to work at the law firm in October 2022. As a legal assistant, Carol assists the lawyers by drafting various letters and pleadings, file organizations, scheduling depositions and hearings. In addition, she maintains contact with clients, witness contacts, and experts.

Miranda Schisel
Legal Assistant
Miranda joined the firm in June 2025 and has an associate’s degree in legal studies from Vincennes University. She is engaged with 3 children. Before starting with the firm, she had experience in Management and Customer Service

Elizabeth Blann
Legal Secretary
Liz graduated from Vincennes Lincoln in 2003. She has a certificate in medical coding from Camden Community College. She joined the firm in July 2024. She is married to Eric Blann and has one child, who keeps her busy with all of his sports.

Felicity Nielsen
Legal Secretary
Felicity came to this firm in 2024. She graduated in 2017 from Lake Gibson Jr. Sr. High School in Lakeland, Florida. She is currently in the Homeland Security program at Vincennes University and plans to go to law school in the future.

Kim Williams
Bookkeeper/Accountant
Kim graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. Before starting with the firm in 2007, she worked as a public accountant for 15 years where she prepared tax returns, financial statements and consulted clients on QuickBooks.
