Justin was born in 1988 and moved from southern Louisiana to Sandborn, Indiana in 1998. He graduated from North Knox High School in 2006, Indiana University Bloomington in 2010, and the University of Dayton School of Law in 2013. During law school, he served as the first legal extern for the Department of the Navy at NSWC Crane.
Justin began his legal career as a Prosecutor for the State of Indiana in Knox County, where he quickly rose to Chief Deputy Prosecutor. During his time in the Prosecutor’s Office, he prosecuted thousands of cases, including serious felony jury trials. That early courtroom experience established the trial foundation that continues to shape his practice today.
Justin is now a Partner at Emison Law Group, where he maintains an active litigation practice representing individuals and businesses in both civil and criminal matters. His practice also includes estate planning and probate matters, and he represents clients in trust and estate matters in both the planning process and litigation when necessary. He regularly handles contested matters in court, including complex civil disputes and criminal defense cases.
