Abraham (“Abe”) Ramsey was raised in Knox County, Indiana. He attended South Knox High School and graduated in 2017.

He attended the University of Southern Indiana and graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Philosophy. While attending the University of Southern Indiana, Abe served as a member of the Student Government Association.

Abe attended the University of Indiana, Bloomington, Maurer School of Law. He participated in the Indiana Law Journal as an Executive Editor. He graduated with a Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) cum laude in 2024.
